Core exercise - Pelvic Tilt (Anterior)

This lying pelvic tilt exercise is an exercise designed to manage lower or low and middle back pain. It works by mobilising the segments of the lower or low (lumbar) and middle (thoracic) spine and addressing stiffness of these joints, which is a common cause of back pain, by gently mobilising them into both flexion and extension movements.
