Monitoring is the process of observing systems and testing whether they function correctly.
How do we provide monitoring?
As the definition is saying: the emphasis of monitoring is observing.
If we have access to your environment we can look for trends, divergent data, your technique, the look in your eyes and dozens of other signals.
So in a TrainingPlan for example we can monitor if the different numbers (Fitness, Fatigue) stay within the limits and/or are progressing as we agreed. If so: great, keep monitoring. If not: we will pro-active have contact and will come to a change together.
If we want to know more, then we need to go a step further with analyzing.
