Definition

Analyzing is the process of turning data into insights.

How do we provide analyzing?

The emphasis of analyzing is insights, so we need to ask ourselves questions.
Depending on what we have monitored, we go in-depth with questions as:
- has it happened before and do we know what the cause was in that period?
- is there a direct clue in the near past (work/family/stress/sleep/injury)?
- did we passed an optimal number (in Fatigue for example)?

So we can't do this analyzing purely ourselves, we do need your help in providing us the required answers.
Depending on the insight which needs work or a follow-up, we make changes. This could vary from changing the TrainingPlan to plan a meeting for some Technical Analysis.
